As the Product Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the innovation and success of the company’s lithium-ion battery pack portfolio. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing and leading product development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, industrial applications, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of energy storage.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for the product development team, aligning strategies with the overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within lithium-ion battery pack development or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of industrial applications for lithium-ion battery technology, including energy storage for electric vehicles, renewable energy integration, and grid stabilization.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
